We are releasing changes to the stream creation workflow of Experiences . Starting today, when you create or edit stream settings of any Facebook stream in Experiences, you will have a choice of adding content from only owned and authenticated Facebook pages or posts into the stream.

This implies that if you want to stream and re-display content from a Facebook page, then prior to creating the stream, you must authenticate the Facebook page.

Please note, that any existing content that is sourced from un-authenticated Facebook pages in your streams, will be disabled.

that any existing streams which source un-authenticated Facebook content will be disabled.

This change follows from the functionality change that was announced in November, 2019, inline with the Facebook API policy changes. While creating a stream or when editing the settings of an existing stream, you can only add content from authenticated pages as below.

Find out how to authenticate your Facebook account into Experiences here or head to the Experiences docs hub for all help articles on the Product.

CraigP No. We only disable the un-authenticated Facebook sources in the Streams.

We will correct the post to reflect the same. Thanks for the great question!

What if a stream has an un-authenticated FB account but other non-FB sources as well? Will those be automatically disabled as well?
