Blog Post
This wasn’t AI-written. It was human-led, reviewed, and edited by our leadership team. We are an all-in, AI-First org and we use AI as part of our process, but we don’t let it drive the message. That's a misunderstanding pervading the current transformation AI is driving.
That said, the perception matters too. We’ll continue refining how we write and communicate so that what comes through feels as direct and intentional as it actually is.
AngeloAntoline you didn't even log into the right account to post this comment. It looks like you're just some random community member defending IgniteTech. A quick search shows you're the CMO of IgniteTech, and if you would have used the AngeloA account (mentioned as contributor in this post), at least you would show up in this thread as a "Khoros" employee.
I think this is part of the whole frustration with this acquisition, yes AI is widely used, but there are only so many people who have community experience, let alone community platform experience. People who know every nuance, quirk, and duplicated account / SSO issue were just let go from your team. True experts who built and supported a previously platinum, top-of-the-line product. When people see a product we used to love be acquired by people who have already gutted another community-adjacent platform, folks are gonna be mad and pick it apart. So really the obvious use of AI in this post seems like the least of IgniteTech's worries. I would think.
