What’s launching?
Khoros has added a new widget type of Image, available in Analytics in Khoros Social Marketing providing users further customization of their dashboards by adding branded logos and images for presentation ready reporting and insights.
Our Image widget is integrated with the Marketing Content Center allowing users to utilize uploaded and approved assets. Need to upload your logo or other assets? Simply access Content Center and upload files. Find more information on how to upload files to Content Center here.
When would I use this?
Whether sharing in-platform or sending an export to a peer or superior, the Image widget allows users to provide context to performance metrics and showcase custom branding to ensure reports are polished and that proper business insights are given.
Users can also duplicate the widget and easily replace images to align with branding and custom text for presentation views. The widget provides easy formatting choices for the user to size based on image constraints, such as width, height, or actual size. Users can utilize the standard drag-to-resize capabilities to fit the image within your desired dashboard layout.
This sounds great! How do I get started?
Users can find this offering within the ‘Add Widget’ button located on the top right of your dashboard in Edit mode.
Simply select the Image option, then select your image from the Content Center with image fit settings, and then place your widget in the desired location of the dashboard.
Does everyone have access to the Image widget?
Yes! Image widget is available on all dashboards in Khoros Marketing.
What else should I know?
Khoros Marketing Analytics does not support video or .gif formats within the Image widget.
