Can you believe it has already been nearly 2 years since Spredfast merged with Lithium to create Khoros?! While we completed a big push to update most of our branding over a year ago, there have been some residual artifacts that our teams are now working their way through updating. You may have already noticed some of these changes going live recently, from our mobile apps and emails, to our export columns and browser icons.
One example of changes that you may see is related to the export column names in Analytics. We have updated the legacy Spredfast names to the rebranded Khoros names as follows:
- Spredfast Post ID -> Khoros Post ID
- Spredfast Stream Item Key -> Khoros Stream Item Key
- Spredfast Account ID -> Khoros Account ID
- Spredfast Publishing Event ID -> Khoros Publishing Event ID
- Spredfast Link ID -> Khoros Link ID
- Spredfast Message ID -> Khoros Message ID
While most of these changes are cosmetic and should not impact you in any way, depending on your workflows and configuration, there may be a chance that you will need to take action to account for these changes. If you discover that one of these updates has impacted you or your team, please share that with your account team or with Support so we can investigate and communicate with others who may have experienced issues.
