Facebook integration

• When Facebook Live videos are ingested into a conversation, instead of a blank message, a static image is now shown during the broadcast to indicate that a live video is taking place. After the broadcast ends, the full video is available in the conversation.
• Previously, in Facebook conversations, the “Post Edited” indicator incorrectly appeared on agent replies that have an agent signature but have not been edited. This has been resolved.

Instagram integration

• When tags are attached or removed from an Instagram conversation after it has been closed, a duplicate conversation is no longer created.
