Conversation History Action Export
Beginning October 27, 2021, Khoros Care Analytics will support a new export: the Conversation History Action Export. This export, which can be downloaded as a .csv from your Operational Dashboards, is similar to the Conversation Action Export, but offers a more granular view and the ability to do further advanced reporting on actions taken within conversations. The Conversation History Action Export’s columns display all actions taken on all conversations during the specified timeframe.
