Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

New Features

Accessibility improvements

To maintain A11Y compliance, we have made accessibility improvements to the Agent View Queue Panel. While working in this panel, users can now:

  • Use the Tab key to navigate between headers, icons, and conversations.
  • Press the Enter key or the Space bar to expand a collapsed queue, select an icon, or open a conversation.

You found it. We fixed it.

Care

  • Previously, when an agent responded to an author and then requested help from an expert, when the author replied to the agent, the system sometimes canceled the expert help request and did not notify the appropriate users. This issue has been resolved.
  • An issue has been resolved that prevented users from archiving work queues. For assistance with additional problems pertaining to this functionality, contact Khoros Support.
