Hi,
Not sure when you think of a design, why have you not thought about giving an option for dark & light mode. I mean it is a top notch and gives a better interface than such minor changes.
To be honest, this design change increased the brightness of the interface. Which ofcourse, will create difficulties and creates eye strain for physically abled.
Please consider accessibility as a core purpose when designing the interface.
