• Previously, comments from Facebook and Instagram were sometimes not recognized as conversations in Care; therefore, agents received an error message when they attempted to respond from the native platform. All Facebook and Instagram comments are now recognized as conversations.
• Previously, the Push Next work queue configuration pushed new conversations to agents who had recently been assigned conversations instead of the agents who were available for the longest amount of time. Push Next now pushes new conversations to the correct agents.
• Previously, agents in Care teams with the Push Next work queue configuration enabled sometimes had to refresh their screens to receive their next conversation. Agents now receive new conversations automatically.
