MildaN To provide a bit more clarity on what YelenaS said, LinkedIn currently does not make APIs available for being able to respond to InMail, and there may be limited access to fetching any content either. There are some reporting-oriented APIs available for exporting the data, but that is intended for compliance use case and not for care/service use case.
