tyw - For all Khoros products, we publish Release Notes at Atlas (which we recommend that all Admins subscribe to) and also make announcements in the in-app Help Resource Center.
Product Management would need to weigh in on providing more visibility of version numbers via the UI, but since Care customers are all updated each release to the most recent version, you always have the latest and greatest. You can always refer to Atlas and/or Help Resource Center to review all features released.
