Fellsteruk we are about to change that! I am running a project here at Khoros to finally manage the Ideas boards on Atlas properly, and get them prioritized and in front of our Product teams on a regular quarterly cadence.
There is work happening in the background now to prepare for this and there will be customer facing communication about it hopefully within a month. We recognize that Ideas have become a black hole and hopefully we can rebuild trust with our new process. The goal is transparency, clarity, and accountability on our side.
