Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.

Manage View
Google Translation (Early Access)
With this release, customers included in Early Access (EA) program for the Khoros Care translation feature can now integrate their own Google Translation Services with the inline translation service.
Translation services are available in Post columns for Manage View users and in the Common Conversation Panel as a menu option, which is accessible to both Manage View and Agent View users.
To set up Google Translation services:
- Go to Settings > Account Setup > General Settings.
- On the General Settings page, scroll down to Translation Services.
- From the Select your translation service drop-down menu, choose Google.
- Enter the API Key.
- Click Save.
Note: Users can choose their preferred language from their Profile Settings.
UI updates to Shared Views
The My View panel has been redesigned to allow more space for columns in the Shared View panel. Users can now easily drag the blue line to resize the panels.
