Khoros Care Release Notes, week of September 4, 2023
Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system later in the week.
New Features
Agent View performance improvements
With this release, we have made several backend updates to Agent View. Agents should experience faster loading times and improved performance, particularly when working in the Queue Panel.
Default agent response handle
When an agent responds to a customer, the correct response handle is now selected by default. This ensures that agents do not accidentally respond with the wrong handle.
Note: The Khoros Community, Facebook, and Twitter integrations in Care provide agents with multiple response handle options. For these integrations, agents can select the appropriate handle from the drop-down menu below the response field.
