New Features
Integrations: improved reconnection process
To streamline the integration reconnection process and ensure all page access tokens are up to date with a single action, when an admin user selects Reconnect for a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn integration, all other integrations for which the user is an admin are now automatically reconnected with the updated permissions. Admins no longer need to reconnect all of their integrations individually.

WhatsApp Cloud: Updated number formatting
We have removed extra formatting—spaces in particular—from the WhatsApp phone number. This improves the agent experience in copying and pasting into other forums, such as workforce management solutions.
You Found It. We Fixed It.
- In Brand Messenger, some forms were not being re-sent to the author when the author reengaged in a conversation. This has been resolved.
- Previously, the “Retweet” tag was not applied to retweets ingested through Talkwalker. This has been resolved.
- We resolved an issue in which duplicate metadata was appearing on the author profile.
- We have implemented a workaround that resolves the issue in which the Facebook API supplied 2 different IDs for the same comment on a Dark Post and resulted in duplicate entries in a conversation.
