When the feature first rolled out, each of our agents on all teams were able to successfully Block Author from Khoros 3 dot menu, then suddenly Block Author disappeard for ALL agents.
Khoros support is stating it is due to Allow Moderation not being enabled from the Approval Settings at the Team Setting level. It is my understanding that it is Not a Team Setting. What could have caused every agent to no longer have the option to Block Author appear in the conversation menu?
