Khoros Care updates do not require any downtime. This release will be deployed with no expected impact to your operations until you configure the new features. If you do not yet see the new features, they will be pushed to your system soon.

New Features
“Like” action
- For social channels that support likes, the moderation actions for liking and removing likes have been renamed Like Post and Remove Like, respectively. The Like icon has also been updated.
- Additionally, when you like an individual post, this is indicated at the post level now instead of just as a tag on the overall conversation. When you hover your cursor over the Liked notation, you can see the name of the brand account that liked the post.
Author Metadata
When an admin reorders metadata fields in Care > Admin > Metadata Visibility, this order is now reflected in the Author Panel.
Manage View column refresh
Automatic Column refresh triggering in Manage View has been updated to prevent excessive refreshing. Columns now refresh on page or Shared View load and by default every two minutes thereafter or on manual refresh at any time.
Note: Open a Support ticket if you want automatic refresh turned off. Manual and page/view refresh are always on.

CSAT Survey Translations
- In Spanish language instances of Care, CSAT questions for surveys in English now say Inglés as expected instead of Español.
WhatsApp conversations now display a File type not supported message instead of failing without indication when an agent attempts to send a GIF.
