Apple App Store & Legacy iOS App Store integration icons
In Khoros Care v24.11.1, we released the new Apple App Store integration that enables direct response from Care. While the legacy iOS App Store integration no longer ingests content due to Apple’s deprecation of the RSS-based feed, existing conversations from the legacy integration are still available along with the legacy iOS App Store tag hierarchy. Starting with this release, icons associated with the legacy iOS App Store integration are gray to differentiate them from the similar blue icon used for the new Apple App Store integration.

Brand Messenger
- A bug causing display conditions not to be re-evaluated after a rule's conditions were met has been fixed.
Previously, in scenarios like having a rule about visitor location and a display condition linked to business hours, the widget would not recheck the display condition after the initial request—even once business hours began. - The Enable image uploads and Enable file uploads toggles under Brand Messenger > General Settings now function independently of one another, as expected.
This means that users can upload non-image file types only if you toggle off the Enable image uploads option but keep the Enable file uploads option activated.
Likewise, toggling on the Enable image uploads option and turning off Enable file uploads enables users to upload only the approved image file types.
You can specify which image and/or file type(s) you want to enable using the expanded options view.
Manage View
- The latest post date for conversations is now updated as expected when new messages are added to them.
- The latest post date, instead of the conversation start date, is now used as the default date for filtering in conversation columns, ensuring that older conversations with new activity are shown in Manage View.
Work Queues
Agents now receive notifications any time a conversation is moved into one of their subscribed work queues regardless of whether it is done by the system or another user.
