Facebook Messenger PDF support

In Care, agents can now send PDFs in Facebook Messenger conversations.

Brand Mentions

• Comments on posts containing brand mentions are now combined into one single conversation as expected instead of generating separate conversations. If the conversation is closed and a new comment is made on a brand mention, a new conversation is created with the ability to see the previous comments by selecting See More.

Brand Messenger

• When multiple messages are sent in a batch (messages queued while the author is offline), Brand Messenger now sends these messages to the agent in the order they were created.
• When an agent sends a message containing multiple line breaks, those line breaks are now translated into spacing between paragraphs. This makes longer messages more visually appealing and easier to read. Previously, these spaces were removed by the system.
• Files with the webp image file type can now be selected and uploaded as a supported image file format.

Moderation Actions

• For Facebook and Instagram conversations, moderation actions (such as Hide and Block Author, depending on channel) are now consistently available in the moderation Options (three vertical dots) menu.
