New Features
Apple App Store integration Individual Keys
In Khoros Care v24.11.1, we introduced the ability to integrate your Care instance with the new Apple App Store integration. At the time, this required the use of the Key ID located under the Team Keys. Team Keys must be assigned a role based on access to areas of the App Store Connect API and for performing certain tasks. Team Keys also automatically provide access to all apps.
As of this release, you can now use Individual API Keys for this integration, which is useful for brands that do not want to use Team Keys due to internal preferences. Refer to Apple’s documentation to Generate an Individual Key, which explains how to retrieve a Key ID in the Individual API Key area for your Apple App Store integration with Care.
Note: You can continue to use Team Keys for this integration, which is the preferred method due to its scalability for enterprises.
Refer to Integrate Care with Apple App Store for more information about the integration.

LinkedIn DM Support in Automation Framework
You can now create bots that leverage LinkedIn's direct messaging.
This feature has channel-specific limitations. While Care supports ingesting images, videos, documents, GIFs, and text, the API for LinkedIn's direct messages includes support only for text and emojis (8000 characters per message) sent by agents.
You can learn more about the Automation framework and bot registrations in our API documentation.
