Thanks, JohnD. The case closure feature is one our users have asked for. A few questions:
- Does the closure flow back to Salesforce?
- Who would be listed as the closer or the case? (For reporting purposes)
- If a user closes their own case, can we restrict them from re-opening it, i.e. get them to create a new case?
