- Yes, the closure will update Case status in Salesforce with value selected at the time of Case closure and as John mentioned, you can configure "Close reasons" as well.
- Customer will be listed as closer of the Case from portal.
- Yes, that's correct JohnD. There's no way to re-open a Case from portal unless configured via Connector customisations.
