This seems like a good move!

BUT - we currently use one of the Twitter-related permissions for a different purpose (a permission hack); will the permission completely go away? (if so, I'll need to find a different useless-to-us permission to use, and I'll need to update about 100 roles with the new useless-to-us permission)
