New Features
Public Mention in Logs
Logs provide additional information to review, debug, and troubleshoot bot conversations. For each log, the user can view the interaction section, which provides detailed information about the activities taking place within each interaction. Previously, there was no clear distinction between public mentions and direct messages as the same text icons were used for both private and public comments.
In this release, we have added the public mention, which is the @ icon, to clearly identify public mentions next to every interaction/comment made publicly.
Now, users can easily differentiate between the interactions and proceed accordingly.
Text Replies with Markdown Support
We are pleased to introduce markdown support for replies in your Flows, providing conversational designers with text formatting elements for their bots.
With this enhancement, you can:
- Format your text (bold, italics, headings, etc.)
- Insert hyperlinks
- Create ordered and unordered lists
- Generate nested lists for better organization
To use these features, simply include markdown syntax in your text. This functionality is currently available for our web-based bots, allowing for more structured and increasingly visually appealing communication with your customers.
