WhatsApp 360 testing support deprecation
Earlier, you had the option to add a WhatsApp number while integrating Flow with WhatsApp.
With this release, we are transitioning to support only Khoros WhatsApp integration. As a result, testing with WhatsApp 360 integration will no longer be supported.
Now, when you try to integrate WhatsApp 360 to your project the below mentioned options (also shown in the screenshot below), will not be available.
- add a whatsApp number to connect to.
- test WhatsApp 360 from the TRY IT OUT… menu.
You Found It. We Fixed It.
- The platform now preserves the numbering sequence as defined in your flow, even if the steps are numbered non-sequentially.
- Flow journey names are now displayed correctly and consistently across all date ranges without extraneous characters appearing.
- When you select the Sync button in a translated language, the language sync works as expected.
