Iris® AI 26.1 adds replies on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Khoros Communities.
Iris® AI 26.1 adds replies on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Khoros Communities, so your team can answer more of your channels in one place. It also brings a richer reply box and a set of Agent View, Manage View and sign-in improvements.
The release is available starting Wednesday, November 4th, 2026 and rolls out in waves. Your Customer Success Manager will confirm when your channels are switched on.
Highlights
- LinkedIn: reply to page comments and page messages, as your page. A message thread shows its full history, and the reply box opens in message mode.
- TikTok: reply to comments. Your reply is posted under the customer's comment, and the case shows a preview of the video.
- YouTube: reply to comments. Your reply is posted under the customer's comment, as your channel.
- Khoros Communities: agents reply as their own Community user, and the reply box shows who the reply will post as.
- Reply box: rich text, a choice of sending account, and templates and a full emoji picker that insert where the cursor is.
What you need to do
- LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube: nothing. Your connected pages, accounts and channels work with no new sign-in.
- Khoros Communities: agents whose Community user is already set up keep replying as that user. Other agents connect their Community user once from their profile. On a community that uses single sign-on, an admin maps each agent to their Community user instead.
- Manage View access: Manage View now opens for users with an Explorer, Explorer Admin, Explorer Creator, SDX or configuration role. Users who have only an admin or supervisor role no longer see Manage View. To give someone access, an admin assigns one of these roles in Admin › Users.
Improvements
- The reply box follows each agent's language setting, and the attach button follows your attachment policy.
- Conversation lists refresh right after a claim or assign.
- Internal notes written before your move to Iris® AI show in the conversation, read-only.
- In Manage View, the case number opens the case in a new tab.
- Admins can restore a deleted user.
- After a failed password sign-in, the page points to Forgot password.
- Single sign-on keeps each user's permissions.
- AI summaries and details are more reliable. A result that comes back incomplete is retried, and if it is still incomplete, it is marked as failed instead of being saved half-finished.
Channels in this release
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Khoros Communities: reply from Iris® AI.
- X: reply from Iris® AI once your X API key is connected.
- Not included in this release: TikTok direct messages and YouTube private replies.
Known limitations
- TikTok: once a day, while the account's connection renews, a reply can fail for a few minutes. Send it again after a few minutes. A fix is coming in the next update.
- Khoros Communities: an agent who hasn't connected a Community user replies as the community's integration account.
- Manage View: a column that uses an engagement filter can show a few extra cases.
Coming next
- Additional channels, such as Threads and WhatsApp.
- TikTok replies that keep working while the account's connection renews.
- Avatars from image hosts that need a sign-in.
- Iris® AI Publisher, the successor to Khoros Marketing publishing. [currently available/viewable in demo mode]
- Additional Reporting in Iris® AI.

If your team uses Iris® AI alongside Khoros Care
- Your channels stay connected in Khoros Care, and Iris® AI uses those connections. Please don't disconnect or reconnect a channel in Khoros Care during the move. If a channel isn't working, contact your Customer Success Manager.
- If a TikTok reply fails with a reconnect message, wait a few minutes and send it again. You don't need to reconnect the account in Khoros Care.
- Manage View opens for the same users as in Khoros Care: anyone with an Explorer, Explorer Admin, Explorer Creator, SDX or configuration role, given in Khoros Care.
- Both products share the same cases, so every reply shows in both.
- Channels managed in Khoros Care can't be deleted from Iris® AI.
