Hi there,
My team and I do seem to be able to access the platform again, which is a great start, but we wanted to verify that what we're seeing currently is expected user behavior at this time:
- We can access our content calendars, but we are still unable to publish or schedule content. Would appreciate if there is a timeline on when publishing functionality will be back up.
- We are able to access CARE, but our CRM integration is giving us error messages all over that page. It is unclear from these error messages if this is something that will correct itself as the rest of the platform gets back up, or if we will need to work with engineers again to rebuilt this custom integration.
-We can reauthenticate accounts, but it is unclear if we need to at this point. I've received a lot of miss-matched messages on this from conversations with my rep and an engineer over the line, and over these updates. All 30ish of our accounts appear to be properly connected, and our rep and the engineer he connected with us have told us they do not need to be reauthenticated, but recent blog updates and alerts state that they do. Would appreciate some clarity here.
-The intelligence and reporting tabs are still unaccessbily, and when I click them I get a buggy "Submit Form" page that continues to self attempt to load, refresh, load, refresh, etc giving me a shakey, plain white page
