Social Profile Export
We have added a new Profiles data export that lives next to the other Care Exports in the Data Exports Manager.
The Profiles data export provides author metadata related to activity in the Inbox and Khoros Social Marketing Care Module (agent inbox). Data can be retrieved as far back as desired, but fields will only have content in them if the values have been added or changed within the defined time period of the export. Note this is not an export of the conversations these social authors have had, but rather just an export of the metadata we have on the author.

Publishing
Instagram User Tagging
Customers now have the option to tag users on Instagram posts published directly from Khoros. You can tag up to 20 users to a single image; be sure you are tagging only valid Instagram profiles that are not Private. To tag users on your post, click the Tag Profile tab and then click the Tag Profile button.
After tagging users, when you preview the post, the user tags will be visible on the image.
Note: Tagging users on Instagram posts is only available for a single image that will be published directly. Posts that you plan to publish through the mobile app will not have this feature enabled.

Instagram Rate Limit
Facebook made changes to the Instagram Content Publishing API for all third-party developers (including Khoros) on January 26, 2021. Instagram now limits each account to a maximum of 25 API-published posts within a 24-hour moving period. Attempting to publish more beyond this limit will fail with an error message directing you to publish the post through mobile handoff or schedule it for a later time.

Upcoming Discovery Programs
As we kick off a new year of projects, we are looking for your feedback on several upcoming features for Social Engagement which will be made available in the Marketing products. These Discovery programs are areas where Product Managers are interviewing customers, where interview feedback will influence how we build these features. (This is earlier than an Early Access period; in this case there is no feature available to use in the product.) Please review the list below and if you’re interested in connecting with our Product team for any of these opportunities, reach out to your account team!
IGTV - As a close partner of Instagram, we are one of the first partners to be able to offer new IGTV capabilities. We are currently working on plans to add this feature to Khoros and would love to gather information and feedback on what you would like to see in the product.
Product Tagging - The social networks are making online shopping as easy as ever. With Facebook and Instagram Product Tagging coming to Social Marketing, users will have access to their product catalogs and select products to tag in their paid content. We would love to learn more about how your teams would like to use product tagging in Khoros.
Content Center - We are investing in several updates to our Content Center. We would love to collect your feedback on your experience using the Content Center and how we can improve the experience for you and your teams as you plan and manage content.
Notifications - What communication tools are you using and how would you like to be alerted of activity in Khoros? We would love to learn more about how you and your teams would like to receive notifications from Khoros.
Early Access Programs
The following programs are ready for Early Access participants! If you are interested in testing out these features to give feedback to our product team, let your account team know!
AI/ML Themes in Intelligence - To increase the value of your intelligence results, we have invested in bringing the power of machine learning to identify themes based on your search topics.
Paid Execution - Paid execution MVP is now live in early access! Break down your paid and organic social silos by creating ads from Social Marketing. At this phase, users have the ability to create ads using existing content for your evergreen campaigns in the Social Marketing publishing window.
Label Rules - Talk to your CSM about joining the Label Rules early access program, which will allow you to automatically label imported content based on conditions like keyword matching, social channel, and content format.
