Unpublished Posts Filter

We are excited to announce the release of the unpublished post filter in the Social Marketing Calendar. This feature is replacing the “dark post” filter, and has the added benefit of distinguishing between unpublished posts that have been automatically and manually created.

With the unpublished post filter, you will now be able to filter out and identify unpublished posts that have been automatically created by Facebook.

At the time of release, all auto-created items will be hidden, these items were previously included by default. If you would like to have them show on the calendar, you are able to check the “auto-created” box under “include unpublished posts.”

User Export

It is now possible to export a list of users in CSV format from the User Admin panel. In Experiences or Intelligence click the Profile Icon in the Top Navigation Bar and select Admin from the drop-down menu, then click the Users button. Click the Export Users button to have a list of users sent as an attachment with the filename format Khoros_User_Export-{Customer_name}-{Date}.csv

Tasks for Ads

Tasks have been a useful tool to manage changes needed to unpublished posts as you prepare them for publishing. Now you can also assign tasks to published posts and ads, for example allowing you to alert your agency when they need to fix something in an ad.

Tasks for ads are assigned and used in the same way as for posts; learn more about Using tasks to manage posts and ads.

Vault

LinkedIn support in Vault

LinkedIn has been added to the list of channels that may be managed through Vault!
