Currently, only posts with the following criteria are eligible to be published directly to Reels:

  • Single Video
  • Format: MOV or MP4
  • Required aspect ratio is between 0.01:1 and 10:1 but we recommend 9:16 to avoid cropping or blank spaces
  • Duration: 90 seconds maximum, 3 seconds minimum
  • File size: 100MB maximum

Alt text support for LinkedIn

Image alternative (alt) text can now be added to images published to LinkedIn. This text appears in place of each image if it fails to load on a user's screen, and improves accessibility by allowing screen-reading tools to describe images to visually-impaired users.

Click the Accessibility tab in the left side menu to add alt text. Each image can include up to 256 characters of alt text.

Analytics

New Twitter ad metrics

New metrics for Twitter ads have been added. Data for these metrics have been backfilled through January 2022 (since Twitter ads wasn't added to Khoros until mid-December 2021).

Ad Media Engagements will now appear for Twitter in appropriate widgets and exports, and is defined as the total number of clicks of media across videos, GIFs, and images.

Twitter Ad Link Clicks metrics are also available and appear in the widgets menu for the following text widgets:

  • Ad Link Clicks
  • CPC (Cost per Link Click)
  • CTR (Link Clicks)

Social Account filter update

Previously, all Instagram ads were connected to the Facebook page associated with the ad account even if the ad wasn't placed through it. This made it difficult to look at results for a specific Facebook or Instagram social account. We have updated the Social Account filter to only filter ads if they were placed through the selected account.

You found it. We fixed it.

  • Ads without any activity during the selected time period have been removed from analytics dashboards and data exports.
  • Fixed an issue faced by a few customers wherein their organic publishing was paused despite no user triggering this action.
  • Fixed an issue associated with Plans wherein posts were distributed across all Initiatives, but the status was stuck at Pending.
