Analytics
New format options for Instagram
New analytics format options are available for Instagram posts containing multiple videos or a combination of photos and videos.
The ingestion and visibility of these content types were improved as part of a recent update. To make it easier to assess performance of these content types in analytics, we have added additional options to the format filter and widgets.
The Multi-Video format is assigned to all Instagram feed posts with more than one video. The Photo and Video format is assigned to all Instagram feed posts with at least one image and one video.
Note: Prior to the Dec. 7, 2021 update, these content types were categorized as Text or Photo due to the way they were brought into the platform. This new categorization applies from that date onward.

Intelligence
Facebook Search data store changes
To comply with Facebook’s latest policies, each customer must specify upfront the public pages that they want to track. This is similar to Intelligence’s Instagram model; in a sense, each customer creates their own data store. The results Intelligence serves will be from within their own data store. The data store is at a customer account level (and not at a user level).
Phase I of this process began on February 14, 2022. Intelligence customers are now able to start adding pages to source content for their own data store in preparation for Phase II (see below). However, during Phase I, customers will continue to access results from the global pool.
Phase II is scheduled to kick-off on June 1, 2022. During Phase II, customers will be transferred to their own pool. Results for Intelligence Facebook searches will be served only from pages they have tracked. This is why we encourage you to start adding Facebook pages of interest early at the start of Phase I, so that when Phase II begins, you will be able to get underlying data as quickly as possible.

Removal of YouTube Dislikes in Intelligence
YouTube has recently decided to make Dislikes on videos private. YouTube’s public announcement on this change can be found here. As a result, the Intelligence product will no longer display Dislikes to adhere with YouTube's change.
Note: As a result of this change, Total Engagement is now a sum of Views, Likes, and Comments.
While YouTube Dislikes are no longer visible within Intelligence, they are visible using Khoros Marketing Analytics. You can configure Dashboards to show Post Dislikes and/or the derived metric Engagement (which consists of Likes + Dislikes + Comments).

You found it. We fixed it.
- Fixed a bug in the Content Center where a user wasn't able to create an asset folder even though the user had permissions to create new folders.
- Fixed a bug in the Marketing Calendar list view where while attempting to add single select label sets, multiple labels would get added.
- Fixed a bug in the User management section in marketing where company admins couldn't download the list of users using the export feature.
- Resolved an issue with post approvals causing deleted unscheduled posts to still be visible for some users.
- In some cases after successfully deleting a user an error message would be displayed. This has been fixed.
- Fixed a bug when creating Evergreen Plans where the product would wrongly let users select a date range spanning the "Entire Plan" option.
- Fixed a bug preventing users from scheduling Instagram video hand-offs from Social Marketing.
- Fixed Instagram Account Filtering for Ads in the Calendar and Analytics: Instagram ads were not all linked to an Instagram account making it so they could not be filtered properly. This has since been resolved and fixed for as many historical ads as possible.
- Fixed Instagram Video Categorization in Analytics: Videos in multiple initiatives were categorized as multi-video causing them not appear when video was selected in the format filter. They are now properly categorized.
- Fixed Unlabled Filter Option in Analytics: A post was categorized as unlabeled if it didn’t have labels in at least one of the initiatives it was in. This has been updated so that posts are only categorized as unlabeled if they don't contain labels in any initiative.
