Instagram direct multi-image publishing

Users can now publish multi-image posts consisting of up to 10 images to their Instagram feed directly from Khoros Social Marketing platform; this was previously only possible via mobile hand-off.

Learn about how to Publish directly to Instagram.

Content Center subfolders

Assets in the Content Center can now be organized into subfolders within a folder.

Click the new Home folder to open a view of all parent folders. Create a new parent folder by navigating to Home and clicking on Add New > Folder.

There is no limit on the levels of subfolders you can create within a folder. You can view the hierarchy of the subfolders in the left side panel.

Expand the arrow icon next to a folder/subfolder in the left side panel to view all the associated subfolders

Time Series widgets improvements

We have made several improvements to the "Over Time" widgets including updating the colors to better align with social channels when set to Channel and to be a more cohesive gradient when set to Breakdown by Account.

Facebook data store changes: Phase II now active

To comply with Facebook’s latest policies, each customer must specify upfront the public pages that they want to track. This is similar to Intelligence’s Instagram model; in a sense, each customer creates their own data store. The results Intelligence serves will be from within their own data store. The data store is at a customer account level (and not at a user level).

Phase I of this process began on February 14, 2022. Phase II is now active, and customers have been transferred to their own pools of data - results for Intelligence Facebook searches will be served only from pages they have tracked.
