Comparative date selector in Marketing Dashboards
We have added an additional date selector to Marketing Dashboards that enables you to view changes over time based on custom and pre-populated date ranges.
The selector can be adjusted by selecting a custom or pre-populated date range. Previous Period is the default option. It shows the same number of days prior to the date selected, whereas all other pre-populated options are related to the current date.

Wrap headers in explorer widgets
We have made an improvement to how column headers are displayed in explorer widgets such as the Channel Explorer. Now, if the header text is too long to appear in the column width, words that don’t fit on the first line will wrap to a second line.

Calendar
Grouping of multiple assets in Instagram Stories
Multiple assets uploaded as part of a story on the Instagram channel will now be displayed as a single Story on the Calendar. You can navigate across each of the media assets as part of a single story in the calendar side pane.
A new Story object type has been added to the Calendar, and metrics for the combined as well as individual assets in the story are now visible in the Results tab of the side pane.

Twitter saved search expiration
As of March 7, 2022, saved searches for Twitter will go dormant after 30 days rather than 90 days. The owner of the saved search will receive an email notification that the search has gone dormant.

Twitter ads capabilities
Khoros' ad capabilities have been expanded to include Twitter. This means the ads admin, visibility, and analytics features available for other channels are now available for Twitter. Twitter ads and metrics can be viewed and filtered in the calendar as well as in dashboards, data exports, and custom metrics.
Twitter ads capabilities are available for all promoted ads made from new and existing Tweets.
Replies to these ads are already brought into the Social Marketing Inbox and Care Module via the mentions stream. However, there are currently no visual indicators or metadata available in the inbox like there are for ads on other channels. Due to this, moderation rules cannot be created for Twitter ads. Labels Rules, however, can be created.
As within other channels, Twitter ads will populate for the prior 365 days in the calendar at the time of authentication, but only 28 days of historical data for active ads (meaning they haven’t ended yet) can be brought in. This is also the case when an ad account is de-authenticated.

Instagram multi-video, Stories, and Reels
You can now create and schedule posts with multi-videos, Stories, and Reels with Instagram via the mobile handoff workflow. After selecting an Instagram account to publish to, you now select the Placement of the post: Feed, Stories, or Reels.
Each placement type has specific content limitations:
- Feed (Images): Up to 10 images.
- Feed (Video): Up to 10 videos between 3 and 60 seconds duration each. Recommended aspect ratio of 16:9, 1:1, or 4:5.
- Stories (Images): Up to 10 images. Recommended aspect ratio 9:16.
- Stories (Video): Up to 10 videos up to 15 seconds duration each. Recommended aspect ratio 9:16.
- Reels (Video): Up to 10 videos with a total duration of no more than 60 seconds. Recommended aspect ratio 9:16.
Note: It’s currently not possible to combine images and videos in the same post through Khoros Marketing; use native Instagram publishing for mixed content.
After creating and scheduling the post in Khoros Marketing, the designated Publisher will use the Khoros Mobile App and the Instagram app to publish. Be sure the ordering, count of images/videos, and video duration remains the same across both publishing window and Instagram. This allows items scheduled via mobile handoff which are later auto-imported to be matched and identified as the same piece of content in the calendar and analytics.

Approval notification improvements
To minimize publishing failures due to lack of pending approvals and help facilitate efficient and timely approvals, we’ve made changes to how, when, and to whom we send the approval reminder emails. In summary:
- In addition to the pending approval email that is sent as soon as a post is submitted for approval, reminder emails will now be sent to each member of the assigned approval team starting 3 hours before a post is scheduled to be published.
- Approvers will continue to receive periodic reminders until the scheduled publishing time.
- The author of the post is copied on the first and final approval reminder.
- A confirmation email is sent to the author as soon as an approval is provided.
