Administration
Re-authentication notification improvements
Admins now have the ability to configure recipients for email notifications regarding account de-authentication to better enable timely re-authentication.
When an account becomes de-authenticated, notifications will be sent via email to the Company Owner and any users who authenticated the account in the last 180 days.
Additional recipients can be added at the time the account is added to Khoros or any time thereafter by going to the Social Accounts list under Account Management. Click the gear cog next to the account, enter the Roles and/or specific users to be notified when this account becomes de-authenticated, then click Save.
Note: Only users who currently have access to the Initiative and Account Set containing the account will be notified.
For networks like Instagram with a known lifespan of token expiration, the number of days left for an account to expire is displayed on the Social Accounts list.

Shared Dashboard editing
Dashboard share settings are now available that allow all internal users to edit a dashboard. Previously, only dashboard creators could edit a dashboard and once it was shared with other users they needed to make a copy of it to make changes. Now dashboard creators can share and control editing access via the share modal.
Once a user is added into the share modal a drop-down appears next to their name with options to make them a viewer or editor. Viewers will have the option to view, filter, and copy your dashboard, while editors will be able to access the dashboard edit button to add and remove widgets and make adjustments, as well as the ability to share access to other users.

Instagram Video Views update
In order to create consistency within Marketing analytics, Reels Video Plays are now included in Video Views. This update has been backfilled to include Video Plays from all Reels and will cause increases to Video Views if Reels are included.
All content previously categorized as video will remain the same and retain its metrics. Video content published through Khoros will also continue to be categorized as video unless the Reel option is selected.
