Improved Advanced Twitter Metrics
We have improved our Advanced Twitter Metrics integration to make advanced metrics easier to access, consistent and more aligned with native analytics. These improvements are available for customers with Advanced Twitter Metrics; contact your Khoros account team if you are interested in getting access to these metrics and features.
As part of this update, advanced engagement is now pulled directly from Twitter rather than calculated by Khoros and is visible in all analytics features. This includes data exports, custom metrics and side-panel results. It has also been backfilled in Advanced Twitter Post Engagement and Twitter Engagement Rate widgets where it was previously shown.
The metric is more aligned with the native engagement since it’s pulling directly and the previous calculation included quote retweets not included natively. It was also missing user post follows and specific click metrics. Another part of this update is a dashboard button that replaces standard with advanced metrics in all widgets supporting Twitter. See our blog post for more information on this and other features.

Custom Metric limit increased
We have improved Custom Defined Metrics to allow you to choose up to 20 overall custom metrics with up to 20 metrics each to build the calculation.

Select All in filters improved
The Marketing dashboard and export filters have been improved so that Select All can be selected without scrolling to the bottom of the options list first.
