Khoros Social Marketing and Vault are Now LIVE

Thank you again for your continued patience and feedback. We have re-enabled access to Khoros Social Marketing and Vault products. Before all users have full access to those products, Global Admins must complete a few steps, which have been outlined in emails earlier today (and in the previous blog post below).

While we are proud of the diligence and how all of Khoros has rallied to support you, we know there’s still more work to do. We are working through all Support requests, and Global Admin access remains a top priority. The Intelligence and Experiences products are temporarily paused, and we will update you when they are back online.
