Khoros Town Hall: Marketing Product Update

Last week we identified an issue isolated to our Khoros Marketing Platform, resulting in a decision to temporarily shut down the Marketing platform until last Thursday.

We are committed to maintaining transparency with our customers and will be holding a special event with Khoros CEO Jack Blaha to share more information about the issue we experienced and the immediate steps we took to resolve it.
