Latest Update on Khoros Marketing Platform

As part of my commitment to you as a Khoros customer, I want to directly inform you that late this afternoon, Khoros identified an issue in our Marketing platform. Out of an abundance of caution and to protect customers, we are following the appropriate protocols and diligently working to bring customers back online within the next 24 hours.

You have my assurance that since we were first made aware of the issue, it has been our number one priority as a company and it will remain so until all customers are back online. At Khoros, we take pride in our honesty, integrity and the reliability of our services and solutions and we are committed to a thoughtful and thorough resolution. 

We are honored to have you as our customer and we do not take for granted that your trust comes with the expectation that we will continue to put your success first every day.

We will continue to share material information with you as we have it on status.khoros.com and on Atlas.

    I have a question about this: If we already had something scheduled for today will it still post?

    Thank you for your question, no it will not. 

  • Is within 24 hours from this post or when the site went down for everyone?

     

    I'm going to have to provide a report in the morning to my customer service team, which has 20 associates on it. 

  • JackB  and SofiaP  thanks for the updates and appreciate all of the effort the team is putting in to get this issue resolved! 

    Can you confirm that once service is resumed that any comments / replies will be consumed into the platform so that we can resume content moderation and community management with our customers? 

  • Is there any way we can receive exports to content we have currently scheduled in an excel form or something similar? Without the ability to access our calendar, we are also unable to shift content to go out natively.
