Is it possible to get some more detail on "Configure the number of email escalations allowed per topic/post"?
We are using the email feature to escalate threads only right now in our 18.8 server and have the ability to escalate the topic more than once despite this "By default, all of these escalation paths are configured to allow only 1 escalation per topic/post."
