I guess I'm confused because the release notes say starting with 18.10 you can escalate more than once.
We are using 18.8 right now and have the ability to escalate more than once already via email.
For a test I just escalated a thread four times for example so I'm not sure what change the 18.10 release notes are describing about this feature.
