Mmalre I've clarified the date format bug fix in the description above. To answer your question. The fix affects only the Date display format field in Admin > System > Date and Time. The Time display format field in that same tab is unchanged and can use any time pattern supported by the Java date and time parser, which is documented at http://docs.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html.
