A suggestion: If Lithium skips a release (in this case, it was 18.11), I think it should be mentioned in the case notes for the upcoming release. There are some bug fixes in 18.12 for which we've been waiting for some time.

Since we have been on even releases for quite some time, we naturally assumed we would be getting this release. We only found out today that we are not, and will have to wait until 19.1 for these new and enhanced features.
