Great to see the cookie banner improvements!

How does Lithium remember the user's selection of the "OK" button in the cookie banner? Is that stored as a cookie? :) Or a session variable?

Does it behave differently for logged in users? For example if a user as already agreed to cookies and cookie policy as part of registration or can it remember that the logged in user already agreed previously?
