1. Macros is part of Editor toolbar and should be visible if the user has macros. Shown in the screenshot below
2. For Blockquote - the text that is not a code, preformatted block can be used as below
3. Quote is same as what existed in v1 - Clicking on it, will quote the entire text of post the user is replying/commenting on
