Preformatted option in the "Paragraph" button can be used to write plain text in a block.
Also, We have checked "hpe" community and it has
1. Block quote button which is not part of default buttons but one of the standard buttons (check this ) that can be enabled for a community on request
2. Pull quote is a custom button added by you to the editor (custom plugin : "pullquote")
Both these buttons will be carried forward to Editor v2 as well on your communities. These are not part of Editor in Khoros Community which is why you dont see them here
