We have updated the Care Module to allow you to better manage which Spredfast users can access the Dashboard.
Why are we making this change?
There are some cases where companies do not want users or care agents to see the performance metrics of other users and this change will make it possible for you to manage this access.
What changes will I see in the product?
We have changed the default access to the Dashboard and some current users may find that they no longer have access. The previous default was that any user that had been granted access to the Care Module would also have access to the Dashboard. The new default is that only users that both have access to the Care Module and a Workspace that has the Analytics setting on will see the Dashboard. This change may be desirable but if not, you can quickly adjust access using the Workspace settings described in the article referenced below.
How can I manage access to the Care Module Dashboard?

When will this change happen?
We will make this change on Thursday, June 7. Please review your user's Workspace settings and make any necessary changes.
Note: This change is now complete and in Production.
