Facebook recently announced that they plan to stop supporting Facebook Analytics, their native reporting tool on June 30, 2021. If any of your teams use this native Facebook tool, we’re here to help!

Khoros products will continue providing all key metrics and analytics that you need to prove the value of your social programs. The API infrastructure Khoros has leveraged will continue to be supported, meaning there will be no data loss for Khoros customers -- all data, metric types, and reporting capabilities continue to be supported -- and this underscores the value of choosing a partner with close network relationships.

Our enterprise-grade support for analytics is steadfast — it’s definitely not changing, and in fact Khoros is actively committed to continued investment and inclusion of these analytics to Khoros as Facebook continues to release new metrics into their APIs over time. Facebook and Instagram in particular will continue to be priority network investments. For example, see this recent product release about our inclusion of IGTV analytics!

By using and carefully curating initiatives, plans, and labels within the Khoros platform, you also unlock the ability for deeper analysis across creative types, audience targets, sentiment, products, and more.

Khoros’ continues to be committed to helping you prove the value of social in context with your broader marketing and ecommerce reporting.
