Vault admins can now download a full report of all of their users and the accounts to which they have access. The report can be requested via an 'Export' button in the Users section of the Vault Admin.
This report will allow admins to answer questions like:
- Which social accounts does this employee have access to in Vault?
- Who has access to this social account in Vault?
- Who granted this employee access?
- When did this employee last access this account?
The export will pull all users across all social channels, allowing a holistic picture of Vault access so that admins can audit account access. All of the data is a snapshot of a point in time, and timestamps will be shown in the time zone of the admin. Users that have been removed from Vault and do not have account access will not be included in the report.
