What is this?
We’ve updated our Message Importer feature to make it faster and more efficient for teams to upload bulk messages into Khoros Marketing.
Before these updates, you had to import your messages one channel at a time. Now, you can upload all of your messages in one file, without needing to break them up by channel. We've also included the ability to upload to a Plan, which also decreases the steps you need to bulk upload messages into Khoros Marketing.
When would I use this?
The next time you need to import a large number of messages from a spreadsheet, know that you can do so faster and easier than ever before!
