Share Social Content Across the Enterprise with Calendar API Updates
Social content published by brands is a critical part of a successful marketing campaign, but often one part among many that work in concert to drive results. Spredfast has always given brands the power to plan, publish, and track that social content but now they can also share that content across the enterprise to maintain alignment, understand campaigns holistically, and track omnichannel activity.
Today, we are making available a new Calendar API endpoint that allows customers to retrieve planned and published message content from specified initiatives, plans, and date ranges in the Conversations Calendar. The Get Messages endpoint facilitates new integration possibilities with external systems that present broad marketing calendars or other tracking of outbound brand content.
Some examples of how customers can use this new API endpoint:
- Create an omnichannel enterprise marketing calendar that includes social content
- Publish a daily email to stakeholders of content planned for a specific campaign
- Provide an audit of all social content published for a campaign
